Documents Overview
The current Delfis interface uses a unified Documents area. Invoices, bills, quotes, and orders all live inside the same module, with the document type deciding which workflow you are looking at.
Supported Document Types
- Invoices for outgoing billing
- Bills for incoming supplier documents
- Quotes for pre-sales offers
- Orders for order-stage document workflows
Why This Matters
- list navigation is consistent across document types
- filters and table patterns are shared
- create, open, preview, and follow-up actions behave similarly
- users can move between document types without learning a new screen each time
