Duplicating Quotes

Duplicate a quote when you want to keep most of the customer and pricing structure but create a fresh proposal.

When To Use It

• repeat proposals for the same customer
• small revisions on an earlier quote
• faster drafting for similar sales opportunities

Basic Flow

1. Open the source quote.
2. Choose the duplicate action.
3. Review the new draft carefully.
4. Update dates, prices, or notes before saving.
