Quotes

Creating Quotes

Quotes are created from the shared Documents form with the type set to Quote.

Typical Flow

  1. Open Documents.
  2. Start a new document and choose Quote.
  3. Select the customer.
  4. Add dates, pricing lines, and commercial notes.
  5. Review totals before saving the draft.
  6. Continue with export, duplication, or conversion to invoice when the quote is approved.
