Reset Your Password

If you cannot access your account, use the password reset form from the login flow.

Reset Flow

1. Open the Forgot your password link from the login page.
2. Enter the email address attached to your account.
3. Submit the request to receive a reset link.
4. Open the email and follow the reset link.
5. Set a new password and confirm it.
6. Return to the login page and sign in again.

Good Practice

• use a unique password for your Delfis account
• update saved credentials in your browser or password manager after the reset
• review your active sessions if you changed the password because of a security concern
